This time, Nobel committee chose a woman who claims that AIDS was invented by the west. How this woman promotes peace while spouting absurdities like that is beyond me. Many here will laud the choice simply because a woman was selected. To these mindless folk, it doesn't matter if the person is actually deserving or not, they are just glad it's a woman. Let's face it, Miss America, Miss Universe, Nobel Peace Prize, and all of these other things will find any excuse just to be politically correct. A white male will have to cure AIDS, Cancer, and beat Ken Jennings' record on jeopardy to ever win something like this again. How does she contribute to peace by planting trees? Let's go with this statistic. People given freedom and democracy: Wangary Maathai-0, George W. Bush- 50 million. The thing is peace has become such a short visioned thing. Engaging in wars never lead to peace right? I think a couple of educated men have it right about pre-emptive war, everyone should read this.
