More examples of bravery and courage...

BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- Deadly car bombings on Sunday hit the Iraqi Shiite Muslim holy cities of Karbala and Najaf, killing more than 60 people, officials said.
There's nothing like blowing up civilians, and your own people to show your dedication to defeating the American occupation! And also...

Kidnappers have taken hostage 10 Iraqi employees for the Washington-based Saudi group, a security source in Baghdad said Sunday.
That must have taken some real courage to capture civilian employees. Europe, Canada, and lefties are never enraged at this but the moment the US military makes a mistake, there are cries of "total tyranny" and "inhumanity". We have had over 130 convictions of military personnel for abuses since the operation began. At least the BBC has it right:

The BBC's Caroline Hawley reports from Baghdad that the attacks appear to be co-ordinated. And the aim of the bombers - believed to be Sunni insurgents - is to kill as many Shias as possible and try to stir up sectarian trouble ahead of the 30 January poll, our correspondent says.

Does anyone not believe that the only people not interested in elections are the Sunnis? A minority that has had total control on Iraq is facing the facts of self-determination, and free elections. History will vindicate the USA.
