You know what is a totally great idea? Make taxes fun. Come on let's open up IRS Casinos, and withold everyone's taxes and let them blow it all at the IRS Casinos. It will be like a national holiday and everyone will be like, man taxes aren't so bad. You have a good chance at winning a bunch of dough so some years, you might not only pay, but you will win! Yes the IRS would only collect like 70 cents on the dollar but we pay too much taxes anyway, so this will be a tax cut. We can shut down all other casinos and use casino's as our taxes.
I think it'd be a great system to just tax vices like cigarettes, gambling, porn, and alcohol. We're not running people's lives but if they are going to do bad stuff, then it can at least benefit society. We basically already do this but I think the fact that casino licenses are limited is bullshit. Casinos are a slam dunk business. It is really like just getting free money. If we can't give licenses to everyone, let's give them to the government, because as a conservative, I recognize we need taxes. So 10% income tax or maybe national sales tax and of course eliminate property taxes.
Also let's use prisoners for slave labor like building roads and stuff. If we have to feed them and house them, they might as well benefit us also. Of course this system is entirely dependent on people doing bad things, but if people don't, then I think we'll need less government so it will work itself out.
