Sheehan is really annoying
Ok this story is about how she must move. I like how the AP glorifies her as some sort of hero. What a neutral position this is:

This lady is such an idiot. Here is one of the dumbest things she said.

Ha, like they are obligated to have their neighbor talk to you? What kind of country is this where in order for people not to loiter on your property, you have to give them what they want which is an impossible demand.
The good news though is that her husband has filed for divorce,

Ha, we knew you were a stupid whiny annoying bitch who is just looking for attention and impressing their views on even more people. Your husband probably recognizes the shamelessness of what you're doing, because this isn't about her son at all. If it was, then she'd go home and shut-up and stop embarassing his fellow soldiers whom 80% of voted for the President. She also wouldn't want a pullout from Iraq which would make her son's sacrifice worthless.
I hate this authority shit, I really do. People use this authority that a family member was victim in some political event to push their political views on everyone else. Some of the "9/11 families" do it every opportunity and Sheehan is the latest in the line of shameless political morons.

This is like that chickenhawk arguement that it's only right to criticize a Vietnam vet (or the war for that matter) if you yourself were actually in Vietnam, not as a cook, mind you, but a purple-heart winning, shrapnel taking deep ops commando.
And what of those pics of her getting kissed by Bush on their first meeting? It's a simple gesture, but she's removed the pics from her website.
I can see the conspiracy theories already: Sheehan is an MK-ULTRA sex slave of President Bush who was hired to make all left-wingers look like idiots, and to draw attention away from the Plame Affair and the 4-star general from Ft. Monroe who was fired recently.
Hey, I wonder about Fort Monroe, but this is what people will actually be writing about Sheehan to dissacociate themselves from her.
Since you are in college, it's obvioius that you aren't putting your life on the line for anything, let alone strangers. This mother is upset that her child is dead because of a President that doesn't care about people in the military and makes jokes about what is going on over there. AND, he's never been in combat himself, spineless coward that he is.
Until you fight to defend the country, and the rights you enjoy having, like Cindy Sheehan's son has, you should probably just keep your fucking mouth closed.
What a ridiculous ass statement that is. One I applied for NROTC and got rejected and military plans still might be in my future.
But the logic that no one who doesn't fight can't support a war is just bad. Then we'd have to have 160 million poeople in the armed forces in order to justify any sort of military action. It just isn't plausible in societ, someone has to stay home and do other things. All those men over there volunteered for the army also, no one is forcing them to do it. If there was an urgent need, I am on the selective service list and will go if my country needs me. It is such a nice argument to silence every propenent of military action, but it's not plausible and it's stupid. My dad also gave 20 years of his life (my mother gave 8) to the Navy and my brother is currently serving in the Air Force (as an MP, he will be to shipped to Iraq next month) and he completely agrees with my viewpoints on the war. You can kiss my ass.
